I was born on July 7, 1982 in the city of Karaganda of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2002 I graduated from law department of University of D. A. Kunayev.
In 2004 with honors I graduated from economics department of University of D. A. Kunayev.
In 2004 successfully I passed a qualification examination in the Certifying commission of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the right of occupation by lawyer activity, having obtained the state license for the right of occupation by lawyer activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2004 is the member of the Karaganda regional Bar.
Has length of service in the sphere of lawyer activity of 11 years.
From 2002 to 2003 I worked as the teacher of chair of state and legal disciplines of the Karaganda branch of University of D. A. Kunayev.
Since 2003 I worked as the teacher in Natural and Humanitarian college of Karaganda.
Since 2003 also I worked as the lawyer in the private organizations.
The lawyer of the Karaganda regional Bar Omarov Ivan has rich and extensive practice on conducting criminal cases (including resonant) as at a stage of inquiry and preliminary investigation, and in all judicial instances.
Besides, the lawyer Omarov Ivan successfully takes part by consideration of administrative and civil cases in all judicial instances, including in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Has a number of publications of methodical character.
