I was born on March 29, 1981 in Votkinsk of the Udmurt Republic of the Russian Federation.
In 2004 with honors I graduated from the Udmurt state university, law department.
In 2004 I came to postgraduate study of Institute of the state and the right of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow). Upon termination of postgraduate study scientific degree of the candidate of jurisprudence was appropriated.
Being the student, I got a job to the legal assistant’s position in specialized law firm “Insider” (Izhevsk, Russia).
Has length of service in more than 14 years. Has a vast experience of representation of interests of natural and legal entities in courts of law, arbitration courts, commercial arbitration courts, supports of transactions with real estate, consultations of business on corporate questions.
I combined study in postgraduate study with work in the specialty and teaching activity.
Has experience of lawmaking work, I took part in commenting of laws of the Russian Federation as a part of group of authors.
Is the associate professor of the Land right and the state registration of real estate Moscow state university of geodesy and cartography.
Since 2010 heads law firm business maintenance Agency “Iutin, Belousova and Partners”. For years of practice extensive successful experience on opening of the companies, modification of the companies, liquidations of the companies, the appeal of illegal actions of government bodies, including tax, to obtaining licenses, registration of long-term lease contracts of real estate, support of transactions, development of difficult contractual designs, carrying out legal due diligence is saved up at an entrance to the existing business by clients of the company and many other things.
Since 2015 is the partner of the international law firm of SION & Partners.
