Protection and Representation of Interests in the Courts of Russia

We provide legal services for the protection and representation of the interests of companies and individuals in arbitration courts of Russia (considering economic and corporate disputes) and in courts of general jurisdiction of Russia (considering all other disputes), including:

• organization of legal proceedings, protection and representation of the client’s interests in judicial bodies of general jurisdiction throughout the territory of the Russian Federation on various issues in the sphere of civil legal relations (recognition of transactions as invalid, fictitious, disputes on recognition of property rights, debt collection, appeal against the actions of state bodies, proceedings on cases of administrative offences, public procurement, family and marriage disputes, labor disputes, inheritance disputes, etc.);
• organization of legal proceedings, protection and representation of the client’s interests in economic (arbitration) courts throughout the territory of the Russian Federation on various issues in the sphere of civil legal relations (recognition of transactions as invalid, fictitious, disputes on recognition of property rights, debt collection, appeal against the actions of state bodies, proceedings on cases of administrative offences, public procurement);
• organization of legal proceedings, protection and representation of the client’s interests in commercial arbitration and arbitration courts, including the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC at the RF CCI);
• Recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts and commercial arbitration courts in the territory of the Russian Federation;
• Enforcement of decisions of courts of the Russian Federation in other countries;
• Consulting and development of legal opinions on any issues regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Drafting statements of claim, appeals and cassation complaints, petitions, as well as other legally significant procedural documents that are required during the consideration of a legal dispute by the courts of the Russian Federation.
