Born on August 10, 1988.

In 2010, he graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of the Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov.

In 2011, he completed his Master’s degree at the same university and was awarded a Master of Laws degree.

He has over 14 years of legal experience.

In various years, he worked as the head of the legal department of the largest chain of construction stores in Kazakhstan, then as the chief legal adviser in the joint Kazakh-German holding ISOPLUS Central Asia.

During his career, he participated in a large number of cases related to representing the interests of organizations, foreign investors and individuals in civil, economic, investment courts and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various economic, tax, property, labor, and administrative-legal disputes.
