  • Recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign courts and commercial arbitration courts in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Enforcement of decisions of courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in other countries;
  • Consulting and development of legal opinions on any issues regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Drafting statements of claim, appeals and cassation complaints, petitions, as well as other legally significant procedural documents that are required during the consideration of a legal dispute by the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
